Garden Glimpses
Because gardens are meant to be shared. Tiny moments of beauty from Juniper Hill Cottage in Arizona's historic high-country
Every season in the garden tells a grand story … and then there are the tiny moments.
The way an anemone sways like a dancer and lights up the shade border. The sound of the old fountain trickling in the courtyard garden. Nellie-the-cat soaking up the sun amid the herbs in the raised beds.
I’ve started sharing these as “Garden Glimpses” - little vignettes and short clips from around Juniper Hill Cottage. They’re not full essays, not tutorials, not checklists. Just small little pops of beauty that make me smile. I hope you do too!
This wasn’t really planned - I just began posting them a couple of weeks ago. But now it feels like the right time to put a stake in the soil and give them a proper home.
Because while my garden is my sanctuary, it’s even more fun to share it.
What to Expect
Short captions paired with a photo or 5–10 second video
Shared whenever the garden offers up something worth noticing
A consistent little series, woven into my Notes feed
I’ll be posting these often, alongside longer Letters and post entries. A couple recent examples:
